CANCELLATION POLICY: Changes or cancellations of your reservation can be made up to 7 days before your stay without worry. In case of cancellation within the 7 days before the arrival full price of the booking will be charged. We reserve the right to cancel or modify reservations where it appears that a customer has engaged in fraudulent or inappropriate activity or under other circumstances where it appears that the reservations contain or resulted from a mistake or error.
OCCUPANCY: Rooms are subject to max occupancy rules set per room type.
CHILD POLICY: Rooms are subject to max occupancy set by room type preferred. No cots or extra beds are available in certain rooms.
PARKING: Fort Cambridge Public car park is located 250 meters from guesthouse at a charge payable directly to Fort Cambridge Car Park, who is a third party and has no direct link to Fort40.
SMOKING POLICY: Guesthouse operates a non-smoking policy. Smoking is restricted to outdoor areas only.
PET POLICY: No pets are allowed.
